Machel & Associates Ltd. opened their doors at 332 Charles Street East in 1995, and has been serving the Region of Waterloo and surrounding area as a Real Estate Brokerage (to 2019) and Real Estate Appraisal office ever since. Our roots are vested in the community, and we pride ourselves on our local knowledge. Our staff is committed and fully experienced to meet all your real estate needs. Our real estate appraisers are accredited members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and are fully designated to provide real property valuations, and advisory services.
